Returns and Refunds

All of our products are currently digital. This means that upon purchase, no physical item will be shipped to you. Instead, you will receive a digital file such as a .PDF, .JPG or similar, ready for instant download, or a clickable link containing information on how to download your files. If we add any physical products to our store at any time, this policy will be updated with details regarding shipping, however, currently there are no timeframes or pricing available relevant to delivery of physical items.

Eligibility

Due to the nature of these products, they are not eligible for returns. However, if you receive a faulty digital file or a file which does not function as described on the item listing, you are eligible to receive a full refund.

To receive your refund, please contact customer service via the email address listed on this page and attach evidence (such as a screenshot of the faulty file) of the issues you are experiencing within 7 days of purchase. For example, if you purchase on 1st January, please get in touch with your issue by the 8th January for a full refund.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Within 30 days of purchase:

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase and the item is functioning as described in the listing or it has been more than 7 days since you purchased your item, you are not eligible to receive a refund. However, please get in touch if you are still not satisfied with your item(s) and we will issue a voucher, gift card or discount code to redeem within our store as an apology to you, equal to 90% of the value of your purchase. This is to cover some of our administrative costs and transaction fees. For example, if you purchase an item for £10 and you are not satisfied, but it has been more than 7 days since you bought the item, you will receive a gift card or discount code equivalent to the value of £9 redeemable in our online store. Please note this will not be valid in conjunction with any other offer.
